I confirmed my email but can’t log in

Make sure you’re using the email address you registered with. The confirmation link expires after 24 hours — if it has expired, register again with the same email address.


Imported a deck but it doesn’t appear in Anki Desktop after sync

After importing a .apkg file via the web app, trigger a sync from Anki Desktop. When prompted to choose between Upload and Download, choose Download to pull the latest server state to your device.
